SheHustles Orlando Presents: Community Over Competition
Guess what? I did some major catching up this past weekend! I finally had the chance to sit down and edit the footage from the SheHustles Orlando event. For those of you who don’t know, I had the pleasure of being a part of a speakers panel that was focused around one of my favorite topics.
Community over Competition
This event took place in Lake Nona, Florida. This was the first event that SheHustles Orlando hosted. If you have not heard of them please be sure to check them out over on Instagram. I was asked to be a part of this panel because of the podcast episode that I published. To be honest, I was giving my opinion on what I think true community looks and feels like. After I published the podcast episode, I received so many compliments and kudos for me being real, raw, and honest about the topic. In this video, I am answering questions on the topic of Community over Competition. I was so incredibly blessed to be in a room of so many women who feel the same way I do about the topic.
I had the opportunity to connect with other women on the panel and share some great conversation. My favorite part of the evening was connecting with the ladies who took the time out to be there and to learn more about the topic. some of these ladies I still engage with on a daily basis. It is so crucial to do what you say you are going to do.
If you are going to talk the talk, you need to walk the walk.
Having the opportunity to speak at any event brings me so much joy. I can’t wait to have the opportunity to come back next year. If you have any questions, you know what to do. Leave me a comment below and I will be more than happy to answer them for you.
