Booking is simple! Start by filling out the contact form on our website or emailing us directly. We’ll schedule a consultation call to discuss your vision, answer questions, and find the perfect date for your session. Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send a contract and invoice. Your session is reserved with a signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance is due before your session date. 

How do I book a family photography session? 

We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend sessions and fall dates (our busiest season). However, we occasionally have last-minute availability, so reach out even if you need something sooner. 

 How far in advance should I book? 

Yes! We serve families throughout Lake County, Florida including Clermont, Mount Dora, Tavares, Eustis, and surrounding areas. We also travel out of state and internationally for documentary family sessions. Whether you’re planning a family reunion in another state or want to document your family during an international trip, we’d love to discuss bringing your story to life wherever you are. Do you travel for sessions? 

Life happens! If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 72 hours notice. Your retainer will transfer to your new date within the same calendar year. The retainer is non-refundable. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice or no-shows forfeit the retainer without the option to reschedule. 

What is your cancellation policy? 

Our documentary family sessions start at $2,400 for 2-3 hours of coverage. We also offer extended and full-day packages for families who want more comprehensive storytelling. All sessions include professional editing and a private online gallery. After your session, you have the flexibility to select only the images you love, or purchase the entire gallery at a discounted rate. We’ll discuss package options during your consultation to find the best fit for your family’s needs and budget.
