Natural Hair: Easy Two Strand Twists Hairstyle With Charms
Two-Strand Twists with Hair Charms
Being stuck indoors has its challenges. One thing is for sure doing my hair every day is one of the last things on my mind. Yeah. I have my lazy moments. But when you can go anywhere and you don’t have to see anyone then styling my hair is not a priority. Today I will be sharing a great protective hairstyle that you can do while stuck indoors.
This easy twists hairstyle is great is you don’t want to style your hair every day. It also helps with low manipulation to help your hair stay healthy and potentially grow. My hair has grown a lot since having Baby E. I will be sharing more about my hair health soon. Let me just say it has been a struggle.
For this hairstyle, I have outlined everything for you below. You can also watch Natural Hair: Two Strand Twists with Hair Charms video.

Hairstyle: Two-Strand Twist (Charms)
Two-Strand Twists
Parted hair in various sized sections (it doesn’t have to be perfect)
Hair Tools Used:
Wet Brush
Metal End Rat Tail Comb
(3-4) Hair Clips (or as many as you may need)
Bobby Pins
Products Used: { Pictures & Details at the end of post}
Water
Deva Curl Super Cream Coconut Curl Styler
Hair Charms (I purchased mine at my local hair store)
Styling Time:
5 minutes to brush and detangle wet hair
20-30 minutes to section and twist all sections (may take longer if you want smaller twists)
Additional Steps:
After I twisted all of my hair, I added the hair charms placing them in various areas in my hair. I also used the hair clips to secure the twists at the roots. I did not use any heat for this style. I allowed my hair to air dry throughout the day and preserved the twists in a satin braid cap at night.
The next day, I removed the braid cap, refreshed any twists that may have unraveled overnight and that was it!
