Fun Resturant For Kids In Disney Springs You Need To See
T-Rex Cafe-Disney Springs
A mother’s job is never done. Last week I received a call from my son’s summer camp. They informed me that C was not eating and complaining of his throat hurting. After a few days of battling a high fever and finally getting antibiotics, he was feeling better. We decided to take a little adventure to the T-Rex Cafe in Disney Springs.
We have been to Disney Springs a few times last year but never knew of this hidden gem. The T-Rex Cafe was such a cool experience. Luckily for us, we were able to walk up to the check-in counter without being greeted with a long line.
After we checked-in and received our time slot, we walked around for a few minutes. We had a chance to check out the store that is located inside the restaurant. We were just happy that we don’t have to wait too long to be seated. The entire atmosphere of the T-Rex Cafe was so amazing!
Honestly, I could have stayed therefore the day. The kids really enjoyed the Meteor Shower and the aquarium that was located inside the restaurant. If you are planning to take your family, I would suggest you call ahead for reservations. Be sure to check out the menu beforehand so that you don’t get hit with the “sticker shock” when the waiter brings you your check.
After we wrapped up our meal, I took the kids back over to the store. There we landed in the Dino Build section and the kids were so excited. Dino Build is a partner with Build-A-Bear but all about Dinos! The kids picked their favorite animal and then proceeded to enjoy the experience. C decided on the Saber Tooth Tiger, and M wanted the Triceratops. I must say their selections definitely match their personalities.
After seeing the smile on C’s face, it totally made my day. I was just happy to see him smile after having a few rough days of not feeling well. I really love making memories with these two. After moving to Florida, I wasn’t sure how it would all work out. I am happy to live in a place where the activities for the little ones are endless. there are so many options and most of them do not have to be planned in advance. Take some time this week to get out of the house and find something fun to do. It doesn’t have to be anything expensive just find time to make memories.
