Bold Summer Makeup

Are you looking for a bold summer makeup look to rock this summer? You are in luck! To create this look I had to pull out some old favorites and I am so excited that I did. First of all, this is the first “bold” makeup look that I have done in a very, very,  long time.

Now, as I created this look, I asked myself why did I ever stop? What made me put down my brushes? For whatever reason I just stopped,  I stopped being creative and playing in color. Sadly, I stopped being true to myself, but I also started to doubt myself and my “makeup skills”. Because in my mind, everyone else can do this makeup thing WAY better than I do. Why do I try so hard?  Seriously, people actually like and watch makeup tutorials, but not mine.

Also, looking at these pictures may not mean much to you, but to me, it reminds me where my passion is.  Most of all,  it reminds me of why I started, and why so many brides count on me as their makeup artist. Makeup is a passion of mine, a passion that won’t be hidden. This passion always finds a way to put me in my feelings and take me back out of my feelings just to put me back on track.

Therefore, my goal moving forward is to focus on creating content that I am passionate about.  Makeup will definitely at the top of my list!
