Sea Life Orlando Aquarium
This year I have made a decision to do more fun things with my kids on the weekend. Being a busy mom, sometimes finding places to go EVERY weekend can be challenging. Let’s face it, it’s not like we don’t have at least a million other things to get done.
One thing that has always been important, is spending quality time with my kids. It makes it even better if it is something they actually enjoy doing. One of those things is visiting aquariums. This time we decided to head to Orlando for a little family fun. This would be our first visit to Sea Life Orlando, and a great visit it was.
We arrived around 2:00 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon, and surprisingly it wasn’t that busy. We were able to get through the line in less than 5 minutes!
Although we have had the opportunity of visiting different aquariums, there is still something so exciting about life under the water. This is one fun activity that will never get old, and there is always something new to discover. I loved how the kids have the opportunity to go on a mini scavenger hunt. Yep, upon entry into the aquarium, the kids were given the Sea Life Dive Station Brochure. They would have to visit all of the locations in the aquarium and find the Dive Stations to stamp their brochure for a prize.
THEY LOVED IT!
Who would have thought something so simple would be so exciting! There was so much to see, do, and discover. My favorite part was watching them learn and explore together. I always bring along my camera to capture precious moments of them together. Looking at some of the pictures makes me have a deeper appreciation for learning together as a family. These are the moments that they will remember as they grow older. They will know that we loved spending time with them and how important they are to us. They grow up so fast, so be sure to cherish those family outings. I will look back on these pictures years from now and remember how much fun they had. I also filmed our visit if you would like to check it out.
