Easy Deep Conditioning Routine For Natural Hair – Full Tutorial

Beauty

My Deep Conditioning Routine

When people used the term deep condition, I had no clue as to how much work goes into the process. I mean it is WORK! I have only been deep conditioning for about 6 months and it has dramatically changed the health of my hair. Honestly, I never “thought” that I needed to deep condition until I was told by my stylist how damaged my hair really was.  Over the years I have used heat and lets not even talk about the amount of color (bleach). It really took a toll on the curls that I took for granted.

After doing this process twice per month, my hair is so healthy! I try to limit how often I use heat in my hair, but there is some time I have to. When I curl or flat iron my hair I always deep condition once on wash day then I repeat the process the following week. This helps my natural curls to bounce back from the potential heat damage.

Now, I have been paying more close attention to my hair and what I use on and in it. I had talked about doing a FULL Tutorial on my Deep Conditioning process from beginning to end. I am surprised I was able to get the video down to less than 20 minutes!
