LOL! I am so in love with this outfit, especially the bold colors and the tassels! Are you a tassel fanatic?! Ya’ll I am seriously obsessed with them. The only thing that I am missing is a handbag with tassels. Time for me to start searching for one. Everyone I have seen lately has them as a part of their wardrobe. Tassels can definitely spice up any outfit.  On the way home from Dallas, Texas I really hit the jackpot. I stop at the Tanger Outlets in Terrell, Texas and visited the RUE 21 Store. I racked up y’all! and this cute tassel cardigan was only $3.00! Can I get a whoop, whoop!
